Mr. Ricasa has over 13 years of experience in representing employees in employment litigation in federal and state courts and before the Labor Board. He specializes in large class actions as well as single and multiple-party wage-and-hour lawsuits. The cases he handles involve issues such as unpaid wages, meal and rest periods violations, unfair business practices, wage statement violations, and other federal ad state wage claims.
